Single Acting Pneumatic Actuator


The conventional  “Single Acting Pneumatic Actuator” can not be operated without a spring. But Chemtech has broken all the conventional processes with the invention of a new Single Acting Pneumatic Actuator” which does not have a spring. Normally in the conventional type valves after some time the calibration of the spring gets worn out. This slows down the actuator speed.  But Chemtech's revolutionary valves provides everlasting function without any effect on speed.

 

Satellite Actuator for under water functions


Chemtech's team is developing a “Satellite Actuator for under water functions” This actuator can be operated from anywhere in the world. This is highly useful to control room operation for underwater pipeline valves from destinations far away from the pipelines. According to Indian news agencies in the year 2012 India is going to launch a special satellite, providing these services. In the current scenario this is the most required valves to simplify the functions of under water valves, but nobody could develop such kind of valves. So we have started the initial works. “It's our dream project which will be surely succeeded in future.”

 

Rapid Action Valves


The name defines the actual credentials of the valve. Chemtech is developing the world's speediest valve ever for DRDL. The particularity of this valve is it's cycling time which is less than 16millisec. At Chemtech the revolutionary developments are going on.

 

Double Port Gate Valves


Generally in the larger sized gate valves the flow rate is always high. More the flow rate higher  are the chances of erosion of the seat area. To avoid the erosion, Chemtech valves provides a pilot port to reduce the pressure before opening the main gate. After reducing the pressure, effect of the erosion will be less, increasing the life of the valves to its maximum.

 

Multi-stage Control Valves


Chemtech's Multi-stage Control Valves can be customer engineered with as many as 10 stages of pressure reduction for application with extreme pressure drops upto 540 Kg / cm2. High trim velocity can intensify cavitations damage inside the control valves. This is common in many single stage valves. Axial flow of the Chemtech valves the radial design, throttle and control the pressure drop at the out let of the inner most stage across the plug sealing portion.
