Our Wada Plant is spread across an area of 130,000 SQFT, having a constructed Heavy Industrial Shed of 70,000 SQFT. The Shed has a height of 53 Feet. This extra height enables us to manufacture Valves of extremely Large Diameters.

The Heavy Shed is well equipped with 8 EOT cranes of varying Lift Capacity up to 20 Tonnes, installed across the various bays in our workshop.

6" thick Trimex Flooring, capable of withstanding 50-60T loads, is laid throughout the Shed as well as the Internal Roads in the Factory to cater heavy load bearing movement.

The Administrative Block comprises of 2,500 SQFT Fully Furnished Office with Conferencing facilities. An Additional 2,500 SQFT 18 Bed Air Conditioned Guesthouse for our Senior Staff and Inspection Agencies at the Site is also provided.

A Labor Quarter, admeasuring 5,000 SQFT, has been added to provide onsite accommodation to our resident operators. A fully equipped Canteen block is also provided and is functional.

The Wada Plant encompasses aesthetics in every part of the Factory. Even the Landscaping across 20,000 SFT is being done by a very renowned Landscape Architect, based in Mumbai

The unit is well equipped with all necessary, conventional and state of the art manufacturing equipment, including CNC Cutting Machines & 3 Vertical Turret Lathe Machines up to DN 4000 MM Diameter, Testing and Inspection equipment and facilities like C.V. testing, Fire safe testing, hydro-pneumatic pressure testing (up to 10,000 PSI), NDT etc.

Full D.G. Backup has been provided at the Factory.
